Ready to make a difference?

S.T.A.R.T. here.

Learn trauma-informed mindfulness tools you can use right away — for yourself and the people you show up for every day.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Mindful S.T.A.R.T. (Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety Response Training) is a foundational course for anyone ready to better understand how stress and trauma live in the body and what to do about it. Whether you're supporting others professionally or simply want to take better care of yourself, this training gives you practical, research-backed tools rooted in trauma-informed mindfulness.

What To Expect

This is a 12-hour, hands-on workshop — not just a lecture. You'll leave with real knowledge and tools you can start using right away. By the end of this training, you'll have a grounded understanding of:

  • How your nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and anxiety

  • The difference between stress, trauma, and anxiety — and how they're connected

  • Mindful strategies for self-regulation and emotional management

  • The latest research in trauma-informed care

  • What it truly means to be trauma-informed

  • How to keep growing and support your community long after the weekend ends
