-
The Mindful S.T.A.R.T. intro workshops are held at local yoga studios, co-working spaces, and other community spaces. Exact location details are shared upon registration.
-
Not at all. This workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you've never heard the word "somatic" before today, you're in the right place.
-
Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in. You don't need to bring a mat or any special equipment — just yourself.
-
Yes — accessible movement is part of the experience. Nothing strenuous, nothing that requires flexibility or a fitness background. If you can breathe, you can participate.
-
Parking and accessibility details are included in your confirmation email. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out before registering so we can make sure you're taken care of.
-
Both. The intro workshop is a complete experience on its own — you'll leave with real tools and a real practice. It also serves as the entry point to the Mindful Response, Recovery, and Resilience, a weekend Intensive where we go much deeper.
-
The Weekend Intensive is a 2.5-day immersive built around the full S.T.A.R.T. framework — with dedicated time for each pillar, somatic movement, and a certificate ceremony. It's where the real transformation takes root. Intro workshop attendees receive $300 off.
-
No. There's no pressure and no upsell waiting for you in the room. If the Weekend Intensive feels like your next step, that door is open. If the intro is exactly what you needed, that's enough.
-
We get it — things happen. While we don't offer refunds on registrations, with 7 days notice you're welcome to reschedule to a different workshop date, complimentary, one time.
-
Not at this time. Mindful S.T.A.R.T. is designed as a fully in-person, experiential workshop — and that's intentional. The somatic practices, community dynamics, and embodied learning at the heart of this curriculum simply don't translate the same way through a screen. Being in the room together isn't a logistical detail — it's part of the curriculum.
We're headed your way.
