  2. Instruction + Coaching - A 60-min private virtual studio space is created to provide specialized attention and support for your unique needs.

  3. Follow-up + Practice Plan - After your session, you’ll receive a personalized plan to help you establish a consistent + actionable plan to improve your practice.
