Since 2016, Yellow Mat Wellness has had one goal — to teach and support students who wish to start, maintain, or deepen their wellness practice and be apart of a mindful community, while reducing the barriers to access and growth.
We tried a lot of different things to discover what could make this work. And we know — that giving is what feels good. That’s why we offer free community practice to everyone, without the memberships, class-cards, or sales packages. Our pay-it-forward model then creates the opportunity for students to give a little after each practice or make a monthly contribution.
The collective generosity of our friends, neighbors, and partners (that’s you!) allows us to book space, supply mats, and support teachers. Every time you practice, another practice is made possible.

Single class: $15-$25
1-day workshop/retreat: $95-$150
Private individual session: $175-$350+
