Meet Siha
I started Yellow Mat Yoga in 2016 with a really simple idea — for every hour I was hired to teach yoga, I would pay-it-forward to my community by giving an hour of time to practice. This idea that “Practice Makes Possible” has helped generate more than 3,000 hours of service and deliver trauma-informed tools of mental and emotional wellness to tens of thousands of students.
Everything we do here is rooted in that experience. The practices are real. The community is real. And the belief that things can shift — that's real too.
