Stillness. This practice is a yin-focused practice, holding postures for 4-6 minutes and tuning into breathing patterns and body responses to extended concentration. A perfect compliment to any movement practice.
Ona Hawk is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She holds a 200-hour certification in Kemetic Yoga, an ancient African system, and most recently traveled to study yoga and Ayurveda therapy in Mysore, India where she was certified in traditional Hatha Yoga.
