Women’s circles are a amazing place for connection with ourselves, our sisters, our tribe. Something that most of us are missing and longing for in our hectic modern day lives – deep sense of community, sisterhood, belonging and meaningful connection with likeminded women. Here we grow and heal together. Japanese inspired Tea Ceremony deepens this connection and also our connection to [Mother] Nature. Through the ritual of Tea Ceremony we are able to relax, go deeper into our bodies and connect to our own knowing and wisdom. Like Cicadas, we are here to emerge from underground and break out of our shells. This is your experience, come with a open mind and heart. Allow your heart to receive and your light to shine. Please bring a journal. We welcome all self-identified women.

One in seven women will experience a mood or anxiety disorder during pregnancy or after she gives birth, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or PTSD.

We are pleased to offer a support group for mothers of children all ages to gather for guided meditation and rest, discussion and connection for moms. Each class will feature a different theme or intention such as self-care, communication, or community and includes a gentle flow yoga practice. Feel free to bring a journal.

Suitable for all levels. Our bodies have an innate ability to relax given the right circumstances. Restorative yoga uses a series of easy, supported poses held for 5-10 mins under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body. Ok, is this a real bath?

Yes, but not with water. A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants ‘bathe’ in the sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls.

What are the benefits?

“Sound baths create the space and conditions for healing to occur on many levels. The sound stimulates our circulation and immune system, cleanses our energy meridians, and helps to release emotions stored in our body like anger, stress and trauma. Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. Flow & Stretch is a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. A blend of yang/yin; the first portion of class is a slower-paced flow through sun salutations and standing postures, geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a gentler practice. Followed with the passive long holds of yin to target joints, connective tissues, and fascia. Yin poses are floor based and supported with props to create as little effort while holding for 1-5 minutes. Imagine the bold energy of the wolves compared to the restful energy of the lambs, then meet there in the middle.

Join Siha Collins Friday nights for a gathering of women, mothers, sisters, and friends. This gathering includes a full moon meditation, intention setting, group discussion, and chance to unwind and reconnect to yourself and other powerful women.

Wolf + Lamb w/Akiko Denise

Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. Flow & Stretch is a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. A blend of yang/yin; the first portion of class is a slower-paced flow through sun salutations and standing postures, geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a gentler practice. Followed with the passive long holds of yin to target joints, connective tissues, and fascia. Yin poses are floor based and supported with props to create as little effort while holding for 1-5 minutes. Imagine the bold energy of the wolves compared to the restful energy of the lambs, then meet there in the middle.
